The TAMO online store conducts retail sales via the Internet. Orders are accepted via the website http://www.tamo.net.pl

 

All products offered in the TAMO store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects and have been legally placed on the Polish market.

 

All prices listed on the TAMO website are gross prices (including VAT).

 

We issue a fiscal receipt for each product sold.

 

We deliver the ordered goods via specialized courier companies

 

Settlements of transactions by credit card and e-transfer are carried out via Dotpay.pl

 

For each product, the status of its availability in the warehouse is given. The TAMO store allows you to purchase only available products. Paid orders will be shipped on the date shown when purchasing on the website.

 

The store is liable for 2 years from the date of purchase in the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract in accordance with Art. 10 of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales of July 27, 2002. The customer loses the rights specified in the above-mentioned act, if the proof of purchase is not presented

 

In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the advertised goods along with a letter specifying the non-compliance and expectations regarding the manner of fulfilling our obligations, should be returned at the store's expense (only in Poland) by the RABEN courier company (for this purpose, please contact the store staff to order courier and receipt of the bill of lading) to the address Tamo 81-339 Gdynia, ul.Polska 7 or delivered in person to the headquarters of the Tamo store 81-339 Gdynia, ul.Polska 7. The TAMO store will respond to the complaint within a maximum of 14 days.

 

If the notification of non-compliance of the goods takes place within 14 days from the date of purchase, the Customer has the right to request the replacement of the product with a new one in an accelerated manner. The expedited procedure applies only to products that do not show signs of use. If the non-compliance is found and the advertised goods are available in the store's warehouses, the new goods will be shipped immediately after delivery of the non-compliant goods to the store. If this is not possible, the store will offer the buyer a refund equivalent to the price of the product or will propose another product available in the store with similar parameters.

In each of the above cases, when the fulfillment of the Customer's requests involves the delivery of new or repaired goods, all delivery costs are borne by the store.

 

Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271), Art. 7, within 14 days of delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer has the right to return it without giving reasons as part of withdrawal from the contract, in accordance with the general principles resulting from the provisions on concluding distance contracts. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered void and the consumer is released from any obligations. Goods returned in this manner will be accepted only if they are returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within reason. It is permissible to open the packaging to see the goods, and the goods may be used, provided that such use will not lead to a change in its condition. Pursuant to the Act, the possibility of return does not apply to audio and visual recordings as well as computer programs stored on carriers, after the consumer has removed their original packaging. If you wish to exercise the above-mentioned right of return, the goods should be sent back to Tamo ul. Polska 7, 81-339 Gdynia.

Shipping costs

The effect of withdrawing from the contract is the consumer's obligation to return the previously purchased goods unchanged. The return should be made within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, while the entrepreneur is obliged to return the price together with the cost of shipping the goods to the consumer within 14 days of receiving the package from the consumer. If the consumer has made any prepayments, statutory interest is due on them from the date of prepayment.

On the other hand, the cost of shipping the goods sent back to the entrepreneur is borne by the consumer.

 

The consumer will not be able to withdraw from the contract in the case of non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to the customer's specifications. An example of this type of order is furniture, where the consumer, choosing from a palette of many different parameters, determines what product he would like to order and it is manufactured in a furniture factory in accordance with the order sent. There are situations where the number of parameters and their combinations that can be specified by the consumer when choosing the piece of furniture they are interested in may exceed 100.

 

The customer retains this right if, within 14 days of receiving the goods, he / she wishes to withdraw from the contract, and then sends it back to the store within 14 days.

 

Such a return shipment must be accompanied by a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract and the account number to which the store is to return the payment. The store immediately checks the product. If the goods meet the above-mentioned requirements, the store immediately returns the funds to the indicated bank account.

 

The warranty and the right to withdraw from the contract do not apply if the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin. This does not apply to the case when the product has been damaged in transport, about which the customer should inform the TAMO store immediately after receiving the package.In this case, the customer should also submit a written statement about the damage to the contents of the package with the courier / delivering person.

 

The information on the TAMO store website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. By placing an order using the mechanisms available on the website of the store, the customer submits an offer to buy a specific product under the conditions specified in the product description.

 

The price list of the store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law. The prices listed are only an invitation to tender within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code. We reserve the right to change prices.

 

Purchases made through the TAMO online store are sent only in Poland. After prior arrangement with the store staff, it is possible to make purchases with shipping outside Poland.

The customer is obliged to carefully secure the shipped goods (in order to avoid damage during transport) in the relationship between the customer and the TAMO store
